2 months ago I found out I had a cyst in the right ovary. Still I have sharp pains in the lower back, leg pain and headaches. Can it be cancerous?

Some cysts are serous cystadenomas and are precursors of cancer. Any cyst that persists more than 2-3 periods must be controlled , even in patients with a history of ovarian cancer. You are young to think about such possibilities , your pain is probably due to the cyst may be filled with blood. It could also be a painful endometriosis.
