Can hot flashes extend the legs, causing numbness / tingling? At one point I thought it might be a vaginal or urinary fistula. I performed a da Vinci hysterectomy a year ago. I have only one ovary.

Hormonal hot flashes do not usually spread heat anatomical paths, but usually something local. The stinging and burning pains are usually neurological. Pelvic scarring due to hysterectomy may be the cause of scarring in both pelvic plexus - or may have other intrapelvic problems. Also you might have a problem with the channel of your lumbar spine. See a gynecologist and a neurologist.
