Do I have pneumonia, bronchitis or influenza ? Took 3 days with a severe headache and soon began to have a cough with mucus , which is now a dry cough. I need some encouragement , I have no fever but I have pain , I 'm tired and unable to sleep.

Without a medical evaluation can not determine the cause of his illness. If it were influenza, most likely had already experienced a fever at some point, most of pneumonia fever is also developed. I would recommend going to an urgent care clinic.
