I am 65 years old and I am experiencing vaginal bleeding after menopause. I have good health, but for the first time a month ago I had a vaginal bleeding that lasted 5 days and noticed that I had swollen abdomen before bleeding. Last week came back along with cramps and bloating before bleeding, this time it lasted three days.

Any vaginal bleeding in a postmenopausal woman requires medical evaluation, as there is the possibility that it is caused by endometrial atypia (precancerous changes in the uterine lining) or uterine cancer. If you have not gone to her doctor for bleeding, do it as soon as possible.
