I do not know what to do with the sharp pain of my lower back, numbness in the right leg and the left and pain and pressure in the testicles. I have been experiencing increasing pain in my lower back the last 3 months. Sometimes I become numb left and right leg, as if asleep.

Sciatica is a pain in the back and legs caused by compression of the sciatic nerve as it exits the spine. Should I see a spine specialist or a spinal surgeon to take the appropriate tests and getting treatment for their pain. If you are not responding to conservative treatment could be a good candidate for steroid injections or back surgery .
