I have a premenstrual dysphoric disorder ? I have periods of fatigue , insomnia , acute pain, headaches, loneliness , anxiety , I lack energy and it's hard to go to school and work before having menstruation. I get depressed often. But I have depression daily.

    You may be suffering premenstrual dysphoric disorder . Your gynecologist can get a more detailed history and chronology of their symptoms to make a diagnosis. There are several treatment options available . One being the use of contraceptives and also the use of anti -depressants that half of the month are taken.
