I have many food intolerances that are getting worse (are NO allergies). My reactions are fatigue , rash , trouble sleeping , constipation . What can I do ?

    Start by eliminating food from your diet with a high potential for allergy . These include wheat products , foods with gluten , milk and milk products such as cheese and chocolate. Make a diet free of gluten and milk for three to six months to see if your symptoms improve .
