I have pains in the center of the chest like when you drink water too fast and low notes as I have no numbness or dizziness, shortness of breath not me , it only hurts when I breathe deeply.

    The chest pain should always be evaluated by a doctor. There are many causes that are not life threatening , such as acid reflux, and then there are causes that can be life-threatening problems such as coronary artery or a blood clot that should be evaluated in person by your doctor.
