My blood pressure is 89/55 and my pulse is 62'm having headaches, dizziness and chest pain. What could this be?

If you usually have low blood pressure, these symptoms may be completely normal. If blood pressure is low for you, it may be that you are not eating and drinking enough . If you have fever or uncontrolled diabetes ( other causes) , it could be more serious. Headache, dizziness and chest pain could be a chest infection . It could possibly be related to everything. For example , pneumonia can cause it all .
