Test results for antinuclear antibodies was 1:640 for the past 10 years, other tests were negative. I get outbreaks of rashes, I have fatigue, arthralgia, myalgia, and dizziness. The levels of C-reactive protein and sedimentation were normal during outbreaks. I am taking Plaquenil treatment and a low dose of prednisone. What is the diagnosis?

This could be all related to your fibromyalgia. The positive ANA test result may be due to something else. Most people with a positive test result does not have lupus or other inflammatory joint disease.
