I was very impressed with my treatment yesterday. Everything was on time, staff very efficient and caring. I can't speak highly enough of Dr Mcclure who took time with me, He was caring and very thorough.

I have always had first class treatment from the people at Sunderland Royal Hospital, and that goes back at least 36 years. My first meeting at SRH after MrHedley Brown at the Freeman Hospital performed a quadruple heart bypass was with DrMartin Farar, who had just recently been transferred from the Freeman to Sunderland to oversee heart patients. On his retirement I have had Dr Sam McClure. All the team though that I deal with, Dr Taylor who installed my third pacemaker to everyone who continues to monitor my condition have never let me down, I’ll be 90 within a week or two. Jack.
