If you are taking medications that can cause this constipation, it is likely that a low-fiber diet is causing it . The solution is to try to incorporate foods rich in fiber such as whole meal bread , cereals, legs , fresh fruits , vegetables and legumes such as beans and lentils. If a woman should eat about 21-25 grams of fiber a day. If a man should eat 30 to 38 grams a day.
