I have a muscle twitch on one side of the stomach, as if it were still having diarrhea caused by food poisoning. What else could be causing it?

The enterotoxigenic E. coli is the most likely bacterial cause , the family of rotavirus would be the most common viral cause and G.lamblia parasitic is the most likely cause.
