Lately I have many abdominal cramping with bowel movements, but without constipation cramps pink losses during or just after . What is it?

The bleeding does not cause bowel movements, but the intestines have healed with the uterus due to a previous operation or endometriosis. The cramps are from the uterus and intestine affect you, maybe you have adhesions. Check with your doctor.
