My blood TSH level was found to be 0.6 when the normal range is 0.5-5.5. I have anxiety, depression, tremors and rapid pulse, Could they be related?

TSH "technically" is in the NORMAL range , while low, so it can not determine that the thyroid is causing your symptoms by now. It is still possible that the thyroid is the culprit , but the only way to know if this is a complete thyroid profile is : free T3 and free and possibly the T4 thyroid antibodies . The probability increases if the FT4 and FT3 also have a high level .
