Anxiety attacks that paralyzed the left side of my face, shoulder and arm. Could it be a heart attack ? Tests such as test anxiety , EKG ... all went well.

If all tests were negative , it may be psychosomatic. Maybe you need a change in treatment. Check with your doctor .
