I have a 7 year old boy experiencing intermittent pain in the lower abdomen for a month and a half ago. He began vomiting, fever and constipation. Now has about the groin pain, no vomiting or constipated.

Please take your child to the pediatrician. These symptoms may be serious, but since it has been going on for over a month, it might be appropriate to go directly to the emergency room. Constipation could be a likely diagnosis, but please take it to have it checked by a doctor.
