I have a cyst and a lesion in the pineal gland. I have a lot of headaches , migraines , fainting, and vision problems. What does this mean?

Terminologically a cyst is an abnormal lesion . Your symptoms seem are increasing rapidly due to blockage of cerebrospinal fluid or by compression of the upper brainstem. This is serious . Consultation with a neurosurgeon.
