I feel that is not good. It seems you are experiencing multiple problems unrelated to have conspired together to drain your energy . The most urgent problems in this case would be the lump in her left breast and the changing mole on his back. Although it is unlikely any of them are " injuries " are cancer at 22, should be examined to be sure. His persistent cough and sharp chest pain could be related . Your doctor can determine if it's worth performed a chest x-ray, pulmonary function tests , antibiotic therapy, etc. . If you smoke, quit could do . Gastrointestinal problems (nausea , poor appetite, and so on) could be due to other conditions, including irritable bowel syndrome , celiac disease , ulcers, gallbladder disease , or inflammatory bowel disease. Again, these symptoms require a test to make a diagnosis. And, more to the point . Should request an extended appointment with your GP to check for problems and try to solve them start . Many of your symptoms may be due to an autoimmune joint disease, fibromyalgia or celiac disease, but should be investigated one by one . Good Luck!
