Are side effects or sinusitis? I had a lot of head, pressure sensation and pain imbalance . Even I have stiffness in the back of the neck , difficulty turning and mucus in the throat .

The symptoms of sinusitis are headache , runny nose, sensitivity , pressure and imbalance as you have described . The rigidity and difficulty rotating the neck may or may not appear . Check with your doctor .
