I am 20 , I measure 168 cm and weight 77kg . Lately I've been noticing pulsations in the belly , especially when I lie down, plus pain in the lower back and head. Which could it be?

Your symptoms may indicate an abdominal aortic aneurysm, and if you had 60, almost assured. But it would be exceptionally rare , even unheard of at his age . Most likely you are noticing a normal pulsation of the aorta (note that better when you're lying !) , Back pain and do not think that is relevant . In any case, the headache is a separate problem .
