I am 39 and have been experiencing strong cramps in the lower abdomen and pain in the lower back from two weeks ago. I have a menstrual delay of a week. Floors have very strong menstrual cramps that typically begin the week before having menstruation. This is worse than normal pain, and I don't have menstruation.

Whenever there is possibility of pregnancy should perform a pregnancy test. Since you have bad cramps and back pain should be evaluated by your gynecologist. Fibroids do not usually cause pain, often cause heavy bleeding more. Also note if it stings when you urinate or have urinary or bowel to talk to your medical problems.
