I am a woman of 60 years who has been presenting vaginal bleeding for 4 days; a bright red blood, headache, back pain, cramps as if it were a normal menstruation. It's been nine years since I had the menopause. Also I have a lot of gas.

Any vaginal bleeding in a postmenopausal woman requires medical evaluation, and it could be a symptom of endometrial (uterine) cancer. If you have not already made an appointment with her gynecologist since you made this question, do it as soon as possible.
