I am experiencing tingling and pain in the lower back extending up my legs whenever I go to sleep. It's not letting me sleep.

    The pain at night, especially while sleeping, and tingling in the legs is usually not a typical back problem and need to be evaluated by your doctor. The typical back pain could cause it to wake up while turning or moving in bed, but usually does not keep you awake. Most back problems get better with rest.
