I have been experiencing cramping in the pelvic region for more than two weeks ago, I have bloated stomach and it seems as if filled with fluid. I am also experiencing pain in the lower back. I did two urine tests whose results showed no urinary tract infection or systemic infection.

Has there been any diagnostic test image of the pelvis, such as an ultrasound or a CT scan? Is there a pregnancy test made? If you still keep your reproductive organs, such as ovaries should be examined as well. There are other urological problems that could be assessed with more tests. Go back to see your doctor to evaluate the possibility of other causes besides the urinary tract infection.
