I have a feeling of pressure in the ear, dizziness, headache and neck pain. I have fainted and they told me that is vertigo. Vertigo can cause all of this?

It is not a disease. There are certain processes that can cause pressure in the ear, dizziness and fainting. One that comes to mind is the Meniere's disease. A visit to an audiologist would be desirable.
