I have been having a slight to moderate bleeding during the last 12 days. Also shows some smell . What could be the problem? And how I might feel ? I know I have since I have menstrual cramps and menstrual pain in the lower back . I feel very weak and I have constant headaches .

If you have not seen your doctor since you asked this question , I suggest you do so. Prolonged vaginal bleeding could be due to many causes, including ovarian cysts, thyroid disorder , uterine fibroids , adenomyosis , obesity, pelvic infections or even uterine cancer. His weakness and headaches are somewhat disturbing and could be symptoms of an infection or anemia (which can result from excessive blood loss) . Is justified in this case, a medical evaluation.
