Lately I've been experiencing headaches and dizziness ... I think it might be because the lenses of my glasses are a bit old , but the random dizziness scare me - like I could be doing something and I get dizzy .

The first thing I want to say is that I can not diagnose your dizziness and headaches. I can offer a few basic tips: 1) Make sure you are well hydrated Go, 2) an ophthalmologist to determine if you need to change your glasses graduation. Assuming that when talking about the smell of smoke or something burning, refers to the actual smell that other people can also smell, this is very likely to cause a headache. If you smell things when there really is no smell and if this precedes the headache, it could be an olfactory aura. Sometimes the olfactory auras may precede migraines. I recommend you see a doctor, possibly a neurologist to determine the cause of your symptoms.
