Send a basing on symptoms alone is difficult to answer . Does obesity or diabetes? Since the burning feet could indicate diabetic neuropathy. Sometimes it is the first manifestation of the disease. Could also cause pain that describes whether blood sugar levels are high. Other common ailments that I see with these symptoms are: fibromyalgia syndrome, Ehlers -Danlos syndrome , plantar fasciitis , gout versus pseudo - gout, chronic hepatitis C infection , hypothyroidism and many others. Symptoms of feet could not even be related to your other problems . The type of doctor you see will also influence what direction they take the tests you will. Consider seeing a specialist in rheumatology or spine specialist . Good Luck!
