This seems a psychosomatic disorder . These are characterized by a long process ( chronic) in which a person has physical symptoms that involve more than one body part , and after extensive testing, a physical cause is not detected. Pain and other symptoms that people feel are real and not invented or counterfeited , as some doctors may initially think . After a thorough evaluation and did not find a physical cause to explain the symptoms , somatization disorder can be diagnosed . A psychological evaluation is also necessary to identify other related disorders that are taking place. Treatment of somatization disorder is aimed at controlling symptoms , with frequent support visits to your doctor. I know it's probably not the answer you're looking for , but Consider it as a possibility. Looking for a second opinion if you think they have overlooked any symptoms in your previous tests. I wish all the best .
