Do most patients with lupus at least one type of psychological disorder (depression, anxiety, bipolar disorder, personality disorder, etc..).? I have read a lot about this. Why?

Some patients with autoimmune diseases may develop mood swings, anxiety or other psychotic factors. It is unclear whether this is a direct effect of the chronic disease process or is an effect of medications used to treat it.
