Any pain in the lower abdominal region should be taken seriously . Looks like you're right in the fact that you are not constipated . You could try a glycerin suppository if you think you are constipated , but if no aid should go to a doctor. If you can not eat, has a fever , is vomiting , or has persistent or worsening pain , urinary symptoms , or if your doctor can not see right away , you must go to the ER.
