I loose headaches, weakness in the legs and arms , insomnia , stomach pain . I'm worried about if I could be a brain tumor. Should I see a neurologist ?

You seem to have a variety of symptoms, could be many things like, neuromuscular problems, infection, degenerative problems, autoimmune diseases or being a hypochondriac. I really do not like a brain tumor and would need more information for a proper diagnosis.
