Your symptoms and medical history suggest an autoimmune disorder. Although blood tests have been negative they are not the only parameters to establish a diagnosis. Your history and clinical signs are important to make a serological studies . An assessment would be recommended rheumatic and help ( I presume it is already done ) . Maybe they should take a different approach , for example, celiac disease . Celiac disease can affect various organs such as the intestines , joints, skin , nerves and endocrine or reproductive system . Unless you are totally excluded or discarded celiac disease diagnosis can avoid for months or even years. Check with your doctor .
