I have a chest pain with pressure every time I breathe, my back hurts also . This has been going on 2 days.

It should be taken immediately to the ER. Any chest pain should be taken seriously , pain spreading to the back is particularly worrying. It should be evaluated for serious conditions such as cardiac chest pain . Please go immediately to the ER.
