What are the chances of having a brain tumor without any neurological symptom ? I have only small twinges of pain in the head and dizziness.

You could be describing a problem both impacted cerumen as a problem of pain of the jaw or temporomandibular joint , or even a large number of other problems. If these have become more than a nuisance , see your doctor at your next regular appointment or make an appointment sooner if deemed necessary. Brain tumors are not advertised as shooting pains, and the causes of dizziness are rarely due to tumors. How does hearing in each ear ?
