I have pressure in the ears , numbness in the face , headache, stomach pain and back pain . I had surgery for gallbladder removal a month ago. Things seem to go well sometimes but other times not so much. I still have trouble going to the bathroom, to defecate normally sometimes but sometimes I have diarrhea .

It is difficult to attach all your problems in a coherent way, but some of its symptoms are quite worrying . It is not unusual for people to have some problems of irregularity in their bowel movements after surgery for removal of the gallbladder have been made : the change in the flow of bile from the liver to the intestine could explain this intermittent diarrhea and green stools . However , episodes of black and liquid stool cramps and rather may indicate the presence of gastrointestinal bleeding, and this situation warrants a medical evaluation. ( A gastrointestinal bleeding may also be causing many of his other symptoms , including pain in the upper abdominal region , headaches , numbness of the face, and ear pressure [ anemia due to constant bleeding cause further abdominal problems ] ) . If you have not seen your doctor since you made the question a week ago, do it as soon as possible . Good Luck!
