I have bilateral nodules in the left side (vascular ) of various sizes, breast tenderness , fatigue , flushing, distended stomach and severe pain in the lumbar .

Based on your symptoms are more of a problem. I'm worried about the difficulty swallowing and neurological symptoms that can be explained by other reasons other than skeletal muscle problems . Check with your doctor .
