Last week I noticed pressure in the face , headache and pain in the jaw and neck . I've never had sinus problems. Could be an infection or sinusitis am developing ?

If you've never had one like symptoms you should see a doctor. Could be sinusitis, a problem in the jaw or neck or even heart.
