Abnormal menstrual cycles may be caused by fluctuations in hormone levels, which could be caused by stress on the body, weight gain or loss, certain drugs or pregnancy. I'm glad you have made pregnancy tests. If you suspect you are pregnant, you may require a blood pregnancy test. If resubmitted to irregular periods absence of menstruation (amenorrhea) should see your gynecologist for it / to you to make an assessment.
