I went to the emergency room and I detected a cyst on the left ovary. Delays, stomach and pelvic pain , back pain , nausea, fatigue and stomach problems . Can it be cancer?

Probably not cancer but should have a gynecological follow . It could be endometriosis , ovarian torsion . I assume that you did a pregnancy test , but this could be the cause.
